You don’t have to leave the comfort of your home to get the medical attention you need for an illness, injuries, or general wellness checks. You set up a telehealth visit in advance and meet with your provider online on the day and time of your appointment.

What can I expect during a primary care visit?

Ahead of your initial visit with the PueoMed providers, the staff provides you with information to access the web-based platform on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

On the day of your appointment, you connect to the platform and meet face-to-face with your provider. They review your personal and family medical histories and discuss any symptoms you have.

The providers use integrative strategies for patient care and determine if you need blood work or other tests to confirm your diagnosis. They can also determine what treatments you need to feel better and make a full recovery.

You may need to schedule a follow-up telehealth visit to ensure you recover well. You can also meet with the providers online to discuss any questions or concerns about your treatment plan or health.
